- Cost: $65 - $115 sliding scale (included in this price is a $15 ticket to OFF LEASH! Improv Theater Ensemble show on Saturday evening that will benefit the Credere Fund). Tickets can't actually be purchased beforehand... only at the conference itself. Please let us know if you're not able to pay the sliding scale and we'll work something out.
- Pre-Reading: The planning group has put together six short, relevant pieces that will help provide a foundation for our work together. - Presentations and Workshops: UPDATE: It’s with a good deal of disappointment that I have to inform you that Orland Bishop will not be able to join us this weekend. A number of difficult, emergency situations have emerged for him in L.A. and his dedicated presence is needed there at this time. He sends us his sincere regrets and sends his best wishes for the conference.
Having lived with the theme and content for this conference for many weeks, we’re dedicated and excited to bring it to fruition. The conference schedule abounds with peer presentations, artistic workshops, space for group discussion and activities through which we will expore the theme of agreements experientially. Most importantly, I want to emphasize Think OutWord’s peer-led nature…this means that we aim to work together each conscious of our roles as both teachers and students. This unexpected turn of events is an opportunity to bring this capacity into greater focus and application and we’re really looking forward to our work together.

- Miscellaneous: The $65 fee covers room and board, but bring a sleeping bag and mat as some people might end up on floors and couches (let me know if this is a problem for you...) It's winter, so boots and warm gear are always good. Also, if you have a to-go cup and a water bottle Mother Earth (or Captain Planet) will love you 4 eva'. Also, eurthmy slippers to use or lend to others! Lastly, bring a dish that will feed a few people because Friday night is POTLUCK.

Think OutWord
Think OutWord is a peer-led training in social threefolding that began in 2008 and is loosely situated in the northeastern United States. It is grounded in, though not limited to, an understanding of the threefold nature of the human being and of society, primarily as it was articulated by the early 20th century philosopher, Rudolf Steiner. Through the training, participants will gain deeper insight into contemporary social phenomena and explore different methods by which they can become increasingly engaged in socially transformative work.
